Refund, Returns, & Exchange Policy

At Tulsyam, we take a lot of care in packing every order. But if something goes wrong on the way to you, we've got you covered.

Damaged Packaging or Wrong Order If your box arrives damaged or you've received a product different from what you ordered, please write to us at hello@tulsyamtea.com within 7 days of delivery. Share a clear photo of the product and packaging and we'll arrange a reverse pickup and send you the right order as quickly as we can.

Adulterated or Defective Product If you believe the product you've received is defective or adulterated in any way, please reach out to us at hello@tulsyamtea.com within 7 days of delivery with images and a brief description. We'll look into it promptly and arrange a pickup. Once we receive and verify the product at our end, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment source or UPI, or offer an exchange — whichever you prefer. Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days of initiation and reaches your delivery address within a week we receive the product at our warehouse.

Didn't Like the Taste? We completely understand — taste is personal, and trying something new is always a little bit of a leap. That's exactly why we offer sample packs, so you can find your cup before committing to a full tin. Since tea is an edible product, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the basis of taste preference.
