We want your Tulsyam order to reach you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know.

Where We Ship We currently ship pan-India. International shipping is not available just yet — but watch this space.

Delivery Timeframes Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 15 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to metros and Tier 1 cities are usually quicker, while remote or hilly areas may take a little longer. Occasionally, extreme weather or unforeseen logistical delays may affect timelines — we appreciate your patience when that happens.

Shipping Charges We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500. A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below this amount, calculated at checkout.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of placement. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Tracking Your Order We ship via Shiprocket and you'll receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. If you have any trouble tracking your order, write to us at hello@tulsyamtea.com and we'll help you out.
