But if you're adding green tea on top of everything you already consume and hoping it melts the fat away — that's not how it works. Nothing additional you consume will help you lose weight. That's just biology.

Tea bags are convenient, but most of them contain dust and fanning of the tea that brew fast but lose a lot of the flavour and nutrition along the way. Some tea bags also use plastic mesh that can leach microplastics into your brew.

This is one of the most common questions we get, and the honest answer is: Green tea would probably not keep you up at night.

Here's why. Green tea does contain caffeine, but the amount is so small that for most people it will not disrupt sleep. A typical cup of coffee has around 80 to 100mg of caffeine. A cup of green tea has roughly 20 to 30mg — sometimes less, depending on how long you steep it and at what temperature. That's a fraction of what you'd get from your morning coffee.

That said, if you are particularly sensitive to caffeine and want to be safe, our flower infusions are completely caffeine-free.
